Lighthouse Kayak Tour
3-HOUR TOUR, CASUAL PADDLE around COCKSPUR ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE
General - $45
Military/Student - $35
This tour puts in at the Lazaretto Creek boat ramp and paddles out to the Cockspur Island Lighthouse. During this trip, it's not surprising to see a pod of dolphins on the way out due to the frequency of shrimping boats in the channel. Constructed in 1839, Cockspur Island Lighthouse served as a day marker to the South Channel of the Savannah River. Kayak around this historic lighthouse for some amazing views of Tybee and the surrounding area. At Geoseekers, we always adjust our trip times to the tides to make each trip an enjoyable experience.

What Customers are Saying
"Kayaked through a pod of probably 20 dolphins. They were literally brushing up against the kayak. One of the neatest experiences I've had being so close to dolphins in the wild. Great value, highly recommend"
"My friends and I had so much fun on an amazing kayaking trip in the beautiful oceans of Tybee Island yesterday evening, the sunset was so beautiful and we even paddled through a nest of dolphins! I would recommend the GeoSeekers to anyone looking for an amazing adventure on the Tybee seas!!"
"Porsche, Casey and Chandler helped each and everyone in our group who ranged from beginner to intermediate kayakers. They timed the tides and sunset just perfectly so that we were never short of beautiful sights and adventure! I definitely can't wait till our next adventure with the GeoSeekers!!"
